A healthcare facility in Chico, CA, is seeking experienced clinical pharmacists for two inpatient roles within their pharmacy team. These contract positions require licensed pharmacists capable of delivering expert pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and medication safety.
Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical judgment and professional expertise in the distribution and management of medications.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems according to facility policies and applicable regulations.

Schedule:

• Day shifts with varied start times.
• 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Registered Pharmacist license in the state of California.
• Minimum one year of hospital pharmacy experience, particularly in inpatient and decentralized environments.
