Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be integral in ensuring the safe and effective preparation and verification of intravenous medications, contributing to excellent patient care outcomes.

Location: Brookfield, WI
Job Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts within 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Key Responsibilities

• Verify IV medication orders accurately and promptly
• Prepare and mix intravenous medications in a clean room environment as needed
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties to support patient treatment plans

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience essential
• Recent IV experience is required and must be current
• At least 2 years of recent home infusion experience preferred
• CPR certification is preferred
