Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient‑centered Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management.

- Flexibility & Balance: Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm with no weekend or holiday staffing (pharmacy is closed on Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving). A hybrid remote model is available following the 6‑month probationary period.
- Growth‑Oriented: Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease‑state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high‑impact areas including oncology and hematology, hepatitis B and C, autoimmune conditions in rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology, asthma and allergy, pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding disorders, transplant medicine, cystic fibrosis (CF), neurologic conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), epilepsy, and migraine.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Education: The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence‑based practice.
- License/Certification: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
- Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
