Catch missed interactions, stale patient data, and monograph guidance superseded by newer Special Alerts. Judge completeness of the clinical picture, ensuring all active meds, labs, and comorbidities are considered. Distinguish "permitted" from "appropriate" and flag poor drug choices for specific patients. Verify that clinical conclusions are carried through with order updates, prescriber notifications, and documentation. Qualifications Must-Have Frequent Lexidrug (or Lexicomp) use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role 2+ years of professional pharmacy experience, inpatient/hospital setting strongly preferred Reflexive use of Interactions, Trissel's, and monograph sections PharmD and active pharmacy license, or equivalent verification-heavy clinical experience Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas above, tied to your practice setting Preferred Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
