A clinical pharmacist position is available for a 14-week contract starting ASAP through January 2, 2027, located in Bucyrus, OH. This role requires flexibility with shift start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM and includes working every fourth weekend.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing typical inpatient clinical pharmacist duties with a focus on medication management and patient safety
- Supervising pharmacy technicians and overseeing clean room operations
- Collaborating effectively with medical and nursing staff to support patient care
- Utilizing EPIC electronic medical records at two sites: Galion (25 beds) and Ontario (40 beds)
- Current Ohio pharmacist license required
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings preferred
