Clinical Pharmacist: Advanced Patient Care & Med Therapy

Dilkon Medical Center in Dilkon, AZ is seeking a Pharmacist (PharmD) to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services within a tribal health care setting. The role focuses on medication management, clinical collaboration with physicians, and patient education across clinic-based pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate will hold a PharmD, be licensed, and have strong knowledge of drug therapy, patient counseling, and safety. BLS is required and ACLS within a year.
