Clinical Operations Director — Patient Care Leader

One to One Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead day-to-day clinic management, staffing, payroll, and quality initiatives across multiple locations in Tennessee and South Carolina. You will drive process improvements, coordinate clinical programs, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care.

Under the VP of Clinical Operations, you will oversee scheduling, performance appraisals, and opening new clinics, with travel as required.
