Clinical Operations Coordinator (LPN)At SYNERGY HomeCare of Clifton–Secaucus, we are seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator (LPN) to support client assessments, care documentation, and clinical coordination across our growing home care agency.This role is critical to ensuring timely client onboarding, high-quality care planning, and operational efficiency.
