Managing all aspects of onboarding, the full-time Clinical Onboarding Specialist will oversee new hires' integration into client-facing care, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with multiple departments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manages new hire onboarding from preboarding through client-facing care Supports clinical training efforts by assisting new hires as they learn their roles and responsibilities Maintains regular contact with new hires and ensures onboarding materials are up to date and impactful Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience required HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable Familiarity with cloud-based communication software such as Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
