The-Meadows-On-University in Fargo, ND is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in leading a team providing care to residents 24/7. The ADON will help recruit, train, and evaluate staff, oversee clinical operations, monitor resident conditions, ensure safety, and communicate with families and physicians.
Strong nursing leadership, BSN preferred, RN license in good standing, and 3-5 years of management in long-term care are required or desired.
