Bayhealth Medical Center, in partnership with the University of Delaware School of Nursing, is offering an exceptional opportunity for senior-level BSN students to gain hands-on experience through the Clinical Nurse Scholar Program.
Program Overview
- Designed for students entering their final year of nursing school.
- Provides exposure to hospital operations, patient care processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Includes rotational assignments, mentorship from experienced nurses, and professional development activities.
- Serves as a pipeline for future RN roles at Bayhealth.

- Location: Kent Campus Hospital
- Employment type: Relief (As Needed Hours)

- Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; active enrollment in an accredited BSN program (senior year).
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of junior-level clinical rotations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
