Clinical Nurse – Pediatric Gastrointestinal Motility

The Pediatric GI Motility RN supports the motility program at a leading children’s hospital, focusing on diagnosing and managing digestive muscle movement disorders. Key responsibilities include

• Providing patient-centered care, including assessment, education, and planning
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in inpatient, GI, or pediatrics
• Preferred experience includes 5+ years of nursing, leadership, and pediatric experience
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Safety awareness and adherence to standards are essential
