Clinical Nurse - PACU

Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a 90-bed PACU setting, specializing in neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardio, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients. Responsibilities Include

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and contributing to professional development.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers to involvement.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and less than two years of experience.
• Critical care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
