Role: Clinical Nurse PACU Phase I

Responsibilities: Provide expert post-anesthesia care, monitor patients emerging from anesthesia, manage airways, pain, hemodynamics, and potential complications. Coordinate safe patient transitions to the next care phase, document in the EHR, collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical nursing experience in post-anesthesia care, excellent patient assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and effective communication skills. Knowledge of EHR documentation and patient education is essential.
