Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients during the pre and post operative phases, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Establish IV access for all applicable patients.
- Collaborate with the medical team to customize and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, documenting preoperative IV details and patient progress.
- Educate patients on the purpose, process, and potential side effects of therapies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN license in Alabama.
- Previous experience in pain management or related healthcare field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
