Clinical Nurse Med Surg

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development.
• Developing and communicating individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring continuity of care.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.

Qualifications:

• RN license required; no prior experience necessary, but 2+ years of experience is preferred.
