The Lown Medical Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for its Concierge Internal Medicine and Cardiology practice. The Nurse Manager leads the nursing and medical assistant teams, promotes exceptional patient outcomes, ensures regulatory compliance, optimizes clinical workflows, and delivers an outstanding concierge patient experience. This role combines hands-on nursing practice with leadership, quality improvement, staff development, and strategic operational oversight.

Lead daily clinical operations across the practice.
Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing and Medical Assistant staff.
Develop staffing plans and schedules ensuring appropriate clinical coverage.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and service excellence.
Administer corrective action and performance improvement processes in a fair, consistent, and timely manner in accordance with organizational policies, employment laws, and Human Resources guidance.
Partner with physicians and the Executive Director to achieve strategic objectives.
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice.
Perform comprehensive assessments, medication administration, immunizations, phlebotomy, IV therapy, patient education, and care coordination.
Support chronic disease management, preventive care, telephone triage, and medication reconciliation.
Develop and maintain clinical protocols and standing orders.
Quality, Safety & Regulatory Oversight
Lead quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct documentation and clinical chart audits.
Monitor compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, CDC, state regulations, and organizational policies.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Maintain survey and accreditation readiness.
Operational Management
Oversee inventory, vaccines, medications, and medical equipment.
Monitor clinical budgets and supply utilization.
Improve patient flow and clinic efficiency.
Collaborate on Epic optimization and workflow redesign.
Champion a white-glove concierge service model.
Resolve complex patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor patient satisfaction and implement service improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
BSN preferred.
Minimum five years ambulatory, internal medicine, cardiology, or primary care experience.
Minimum two years leadership or supervisory experience.
BLS certification.
Epic proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Quality improvement experience.
Population health or care management experience.
Leadership certification.
