- Responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards
- Collaborate with patient/family and other professional disciplines
- Create a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year acute care nursing experience
- Prefer 2-3 year experience as a RN in Pediatric care
- Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS); Ped Emerg Assess, Recog & Stabil (PEARS); Registered Nurse - California (RN)
- Preferred: Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN)
