Role Purpose
Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Promote patient‑ and family‑centered care in a healing environment; educate patients and families on self‑care, discharge plans, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance; engage in professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with inter‑professional teammates; proactively communicate the care plan across the continuum of care.
- Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care; assess patient preferences, values, spiritual and cultural needs.
- Because this is a safety‑sensitive position, maintain alertness and work in a safe manner at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree
- Experience: None mandatory
- Supervisor Experience: None mandatory
- License: Registered Nurse (RN)

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
