Master’s degree in Nursing/Education preferred.· Three years of clinical experience required, operating room experience required. Experience in precepting, curriculum development and instructional design preferred.· Demonstrates knowledge of adult education principles, learner-centered training, needs assessment and performance evaluation.· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required.
