- Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on product specific information
- Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office
- Engage in program related communications with client’s field-based sales force
- Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process
- Accurate and timely reporting of all visits
- Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff
- Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments
- Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences as required
- Maintain all company equipment and materials accordingly
- Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures and Client Policies and Procedures
- Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws
- Possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times
Requirements
- Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state
- At least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience
- Chemotherapy infusion experience required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management preferred
- Self-starter with high personal motivation
- Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel
