Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC)

Territory: Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont

Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional relationships with HCPs; educate key Health Care Professionals involved in patient care for BMS hematology/oncology products.
  • Drive peer-to-peer clinical exchanges that clarify patient identification/management and deliver end-to-end clinical education and support.
  • Provide on-label clinical and product education via 1:1 interactions and group presentations (remote and in-person), using approved marketing materials.
  • Assess treatment and patient management landscape by meeting with HCPs; monitor CNC dashboard/account data and plan follow-up.
  • Adapt quickly to educational gaps and customer needs; continuously build knowledge of treatment landscape, product attributes, and disease states.
  • Collaborate on educational speaker programs and in-services; provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.
  • Support internal clinical/disease-area/product-specific training; participate in assigned Medical Congress activities; share clinical insights internally.
  • Contribute to account business planning and cross-functional clinically meaningful CNC programs/projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
  • Current active Nursing License.
  • OCN Certification.
  • Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states.
  • Frequent travel (~50-75%); ability to fly/drive within/out of territory.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license; clear driving record; ability to work nights/weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Nurse Educator experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong business acumen; advanced communication and presentation skills; ability to transfer expertise and influence clinical protocols; collaboration and established HCP relationships in assigned geography.

Benefits (explicitly stated):

  • Field - United States base pay range US $142,710-$172,927; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
