Clinical Nurse - $32-48 per hour

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) with a focus on patient care, assessment, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while participating in professional development activities.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, considering patient values and barriers.
• Contributing to a healing environment through patient and family-centered care.

Qualifications And Skills

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Less than 2 years of clinical experience; ICU or critical care experience is a plus.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
