Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Manager, RN to lead care delivery in our continuing care neighborhoods. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure residents receive safe, person-centered care across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. You’ll coordinate assessments and care plans, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
