UF Health is seeking a Clinical Leader for our Adult Emergency Department. In this full-time night-shift role, you will provide clinical leadership at the bedside, support staff, coordinate patient flow, and promote evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will mentor team members, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, and help drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
