Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness in Arizona.

Job Summary

Provides clinical direction for clinical staff at each designated site. The Clinical Lead conducts periodic fidelity audits to ensure that clinical staff are maintaining fidelity to approved evidence‑based practices within each clinical program. The Clinical Lead schedules clinical staffing, provides unscheduled consultations to assigned clinical teams, and offers guidance to ensure that clinical programming and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient and community needs in accordance with CBI policies and procedures, contractual, state, and federal requirements, and ethical standards. The Clinical Lead also assists with implementation of initiatives related to integrated outpatient services and coordinates with internal partners and supervisors for operational clinical optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a CSWE‑accredited program.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.
  • Licensed at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist, in good standing with the AZBBHE and eligible to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
  • Valid identification.
  • Held AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
