Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and urinalysis
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection/processing
- Maintain quality control and quality assurance programs
- Ensure compliance with CLIA regulations and laboratory standards
- Document and report results accurately in laboratory information system
- Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or related field
- ASCP certification (MLS or equivalent)
- Current California CLS license required
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical laboratory experience preferred
- IHS or rural healthcare experience preferred
