- n n Develops collaborative relationships with medical directors, physicians, laboratory leadership, and clients thatn n utilizen n n ACL services. Develops and implements standardized policies and procedures that ensure accrediting and regulatory compliance andn n n alignn n n with ACL's quality management program. Reviewsn n n proficiencyn n n testing performance and method comparison data.n n n
- n n Representsn n the laboratory at system, regional, and hospital committees,n n n councilsn n n and clinical teams asn n n appropriaten n n . Provides technical and consultative support to internal and external customers and stakeholders. Demonstrates in-depth departmental knowledge and serves as a content expert in their respective discipline.n n n
- n n Provides input for new test business case submissions and input for resource impact due to new platforms andn n methodologyn n n changes.n n n

n MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDn
n n License/Registration/Certification Required:n n n Board registered in respective laboratory discipline when applicablen n
n Education Required:n n n n n n n Doctorate Degreen n with Clinical Fellowshipn n n in Chemistryn n n , Microbiology,n n n Molecularn n n Geneticsn n n , Cytogenetics,n n n or related field.n n
n Experience Required:n n Typically requires 10n n n years of experience inn n n clinical laboratory areasn n n of respective laboratory disciplinen n n .n n
