Clinical Lab Supervisor I – Lead Technologist

North Shore Medical Center, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our chemistry laboratory. You will supervise technical, clerical, and service staff and coordinate with the Laboratory Manager to schedule duties and priorities.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, inventory, and training, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and mentoring staff to achieve competency and high-quality results across analyses.
