Assisting in the analysis of specimens, the part-time Clinical Lab Operator will perform testing of patient samples, maintain laboratory equipment, and support new team members while adhering to good laboratory practices in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist in testing patient samples according to standard operating procedures Maintain equipment and instruments in good operating condition, including calibration and inventory management Provide guidance to new team members and participate in continuous improvement projects Required qualifications BS/BA in a biological science or a related field 0-2 years of industry-related experience Ability to discern color visually or evaluate cellular morphology when applicable Completion of training related to HIPAA/PHI privacy within the first 30 days of hire Must pass a post-offer criminal background check
