The UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine at UCSF Health is seeking applicants for clinical-focused hospitalist positions. Our goal is to provide faculty members with clinical experiences that match their interests. Faculty positions include clinical work on the direct care, consult, comanagement, and ED triage services at UCSF Health clinical sites (Parnassus, Mission Bay, Mount Zion, and UCSF at St. Mary's Hospital). This position includes daytime, nighttime, and swing shifts.
Requirements & Profile
Successful candidates will be excellent clinicians with strong references and a commitment to equitable patient care. Candidates must possess an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and be eligible for licensure in the State of California at the time of hire. Applicants are encouraged to share information about their journey and mission in medicine in the cover letter.
Compensation
The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The minimum base salary range for this position is $110,500-$333,700. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
