Empath Health is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse who serves as a mentor and educator, providing just-in-time education to clinical colleagues. As an embedded member of the clinical program, you’ll orient and mentor new staff, conduct field visits, and drive quality improvement across the program.
This role requires Florida RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and at least two years in a preceptor or home-health role, with travel 2–3 times weekly between Ocala, Naples and other service areas.
