The Counseling Center, a leading national substance abuse organization, is seeking a Clinical Director for its growing Intensive Outpatient Counseling program. The Clinical Director will supervise clinical staff and work closely with the CEO, Physician, and Utilization Review Department to ensure high‑quality, compliant program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all clinical staff members and activities, including group and individual therapy and charting, maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with program administration and the Utilization Review Department.
- Organize professional development and training in individual therapy, diagnosis and assessment, group therapy, and charting/documentation.
- Monitor and assess staff morale, developing ongoing plans to build team spirituality and continuity.
- Participate in the recruitment and interview process to determine the appropriateness of prospective clinical staff members.
- Maintain records and documentation related to clinical staff.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work with LPC or LCSW.
- CCS or ACS or QS required.
- Knowledge of addiction and mental health.
