Clinical Director
Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical aspects of the EAP program
- Supervise and audit substance abuse cases (every 6 months)
- Review and consult on priority cases (e.g., threats, substance abuse, violence)
- Provide emergency availability and case supervision
- Ensure clinical compliance with NRC policies and 42 CFR Part 2
Qualifications
- Master’s/Doctorate in clinical mental health field
- 10+ years clinical supervisory experience
- State‑licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or CEAP)
