MonArk ABA Therapy is a BCBA and woman-owned ABA company committed to providing ethical, collaborative, and high-quality ABA services to children and families. We are a growing company focused on expanding access to care across Northwest Ohio, including rural and underserved communities where services may be limited.
At MonArk, we prioritize culture, ethics, clinical quality, teamwork, and meaningful client outcomes. Our owner serves as the OHABA Public Policy Co-Chair, advocating for ethical ABA services and improved access to care for children and families in rural communities.
The Clinical Director role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is ready to lead across multiple clinic locations while remaining actively involved in clinical care, staff development, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Position Summary
The Clinical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for two MonArk ABA clinic locations.
