Clinical Director – OH Licensed Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Share vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care
• Oversee overall clinical performance and operations of the clinic
• Sign and provide feedback on dependent licensed staff and interns notes
• Manage staff performance and hire clinical staff
• Provide new hire training
• Accountable to meeting clinic’s fiscal goals
• Develop and sustain relationships with referral partners
• Provide ongoing administrative and clinical oversight
• Maintain a small caseload of 10-15 clients weekly
• Collaborate with Franchise Owner and other Clinical Directors

Requirements

• Licensed Psychologist in Ohio
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
