Autism 360 in Conover, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our Hickory clinic as Director of Learner Services. This full-time, in-person leadership role focuses on supervision, programming, mentorship, and quality ABA care for learners and families.
You will manage caseloads, supervise RBTs, build data-driven treatment plans, and partner with clinic operations on staffing and culture. The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 with an annual performance bonus up to $10,000.
