We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to step into the role of Clinical Director - someone who leads not only with clinical expertise but with compassion, steadiness, and a deep commitment to supporting both clients and caregivers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct client assessments and develop thoughtful, personalized care plans
• Provide clinical oversight across private duty home care and four RCFE (board & care) homes
• Support and guide caregivers through training, mentoring, and ongoing development
• Foster a culture of consistency, compassion, and accountability within the care team
• Collaborate closely with families and referral partners to ensure a supportive, high-quality experience

What You Bring

• Active California RN license in good standing, and without restrictions
• 10+ years of experience in hospital, skilled nursing, home health, and/or hospice settings
• Strong clinical judgment paired with a calm, thoughtful approach
• A natural ability to guide, support, and develop others
• High emotional intelligence - you connect easily while maintaining professional boundaries
• A collaborative, patient, and solutions-oriented mindset

Role Requirements

• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend assessments
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and ability to travel locally
• Comfort balancing clinical oversight, team support, and relationship-building
• Bonus Opportunities: $5,000-$20,000 tied to quality, client satisfaction, and growth
