Onsite Full Time Physicians & Doctors

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment programs and therapeutic modalities.
  • Ensure clinical services align with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee client care plans, ensuring they are comprehensive, individualized, and regularly updated.
  • Staff Supervision & Development
  • Supervise clinical staff (therapists, counselors, case managers, etc.).
  • Provide clinical supervision hours for licensure (if applicable).
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing staff training and development.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and licensing standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF).
  • Oversee clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Participate in case reviews and high-risk case consultations.
  • Develop and monitor protocols for client safety, including suicide risk, relapse, and crisis intervention.
  • Program Development & Quality Improvement
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data and outcomes.
  • Implement continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in services and propose improvements or new initiatives.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration
  • Work closely with medical directors, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and administrative teams.
  • Foster communication between departments to ensure integrated care.
  • Community & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Represent the facility in professional or community meetings.
  • Liaise with referral sources, families, legal entities, and outside providers.

Qualifications Often Required:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Licensure (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or psychologist).
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles in behavioral health.
  • Familiarity with residential treatment operations.
