Location

Hybrid position with a regular onsite presence at our Grand Rapids and Holland offices (minimum three days per week).

Job Summary

Atrio Home Care is seeking a Clinical RN Director to lead our team. This key position must lead with a style that is dynamic, engaging, and experienced in the home health arena with a quality focus and strong planning skills. Our ideal leader will be able to provide leadership and direction to our team, with proven abilities in building relationships and fostering a positive culture.

This team includes health care professionals providing the full range of certified home health services, including skilled nursing and therapy services, as well as our mental health specialty program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Atrio Home Health's clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient operations.
• Lead and support a clinical leadership team of five managers and one supervisor, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
• Serve as a resource for clinicians, addressing complex patient concerns and supporting service recovery efforts, including client complaints.
• Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams on CHAP readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staff onboarding, education, competency validation, and performance management.
• Manage operational performance, staffing, and fiscal goals to ensure organizational success.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, patients, and families to support growth and service excellence.

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current, active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare leadership or management experience with a proven ability to drive innovation and lead teams effectively.
• Home health or home care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success achieving organizational goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience leading projects and system implementations, with strong skills in data analysis, financial management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Proven servant leader with a strategic vision, strong decision-making abilities, and the confidence to inspire and support others.
