Clinical Director – Physical Therapist
A growing, multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation organization is seeking a motivated, compassionate Clinical Director to lead its brand-new clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating patients while mentoring a team, overseeing clinic operations, and helping grow a practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical and financial operations while meeting performance goals
- Mentor, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff
- Build relationships with patients, physicians, referral sources, and the local community
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to grow the clinic
- Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based practices
- Oversee patient scheduling and continuity of care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient PT experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications
