Clinical Director

Job Summary

The Clinical Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of our healthcare facility. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Clinical Director will lead a team of healthcare professionals, manage clinical programs, and implement best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Duties

• Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Manage and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss clinical issues, share updates, and promote teamwork.
• Engage in strategic planning to enhance service delivery and expand clinical programs.
• Ensure that all medical management practices meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Assist and monitor completion of peer review, QAPI, infection control, and maintaining all credentialing requirements by QUAD A.
• Monitor credentialing for medical staff and clinical staff to include certifications, license and insurance.

Requirements

• Current Mississippi RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management roles.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on fostering collaborative relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
