Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped bonuses rewarding impact.
• Mentorship Bonuses: earn bonus pay for supervising RBT pursuing Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses: rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance

• Remote work benefit: up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 assessment-related work-from-home days per year.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
• Almost 30 days off in Year One: including holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days.
• Manageable caseload: up to 3 children.
• No non‑compete clauses.

Career Growth & Leadership Tracks

• Center Leadership Path: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director.

Your Role

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development.
