Job Summary

The Clinical Center Director(BCBA) provides visionary leadership, strategic direction, andclinicaloversight for the organization’s ABA programs and services. This role combines administrative and operational management with deep expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values. TheClinicalDirectoris responsible for guiding organizational growth, building and managing teams, and promotingclinicalexcellence across all programs.

Key Responsibilities:

ClinicalOversight & Supervision

  • Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization’s goals and mission.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of allclinical functions.
  • Lead initiatives to expand programs, improve service delivery, and drive organizational growth.
  • Review and approveclinicalprotocols, treatment frameworks, and staff performance metrics.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current developments in ABA, special education, and behavioral health fields.
  • Provide direct supervision to BCBAs and ensureclinical fidelity across assigned caseloads.
  • Uphold a weekly billable of 18 hours.
  • Ensure goals are data-driven and aligned with client diagnoses and medical necessity.
  • Review and approveclinicaldocumentation to meet insurance and state requirements.
  • Ensureclinicalintegrity across all ABA programs through supervision, audits, and outcome monitoring.

Staff Development & Training

  • Mentor and support BCBAs and RBTs, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and leadclinicaltrainings on ABA best practices, ethical standards, and skill development.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Monitorclinicalquality and service delivery to ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and state/federal regulations through regularly scheduled meetings with the Quality Assurance Officer.
  • Stay current on changes in payer requirements and industry standards.

Client & Family Support

  • Serve as a resource for families, supporting understanding of treatment goals and progress.
  • Assist with the onboarding and transition of new clients and clinicians.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes through family-centered care.
  • Respond to escalated concerns from families or stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
  • Promote equitable access to services for diverse populations.

Operational Leadership

  • Collaborate with scheduling, HR, and administrative teams to ensure coverage and continuity of care.
  • Contribute to policy development, program expansion, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support recruitment and hiring ofclinicalstaff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required:Active BCBA certification and licensure (per state regulations)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, ethics, and insurance standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience with electronic data collection systems (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Combination of remote, clinic, home, and community-based settings
  • May involve occasional travel to client sites or meetings
  • Ability to sit, stand, or lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
