What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center
• Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs
• Ensure treatment plans meet best practice standards and drive meaningful outcomes
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long-term progress
• Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and clinical quality
• Partner with leadership to support growth and maintain high standards across the center

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center-based setting
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Strong clinical foundation across skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Passion for mentorship, team development, and high-quality care
