UnitedHealth Group's Optum Infusion Pharmacy seeks a Nutrition Support Dietitian to drive nutrition care for home PN patients in a remote role, with an 8:00am–5:00pm schedule in the Chandler AZ time zone, and occasional site visits as needed.
You will perform nutrition screening and assessments, develop PN plans, and collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, nurses and care teams to optimize PN therapy and care outcomes while supporting reimbursement initiatives and ongoing education.
