Pay: Starting at $30/hr., depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Complete nutritional assessments and individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents with weight loss and other nutritional risks.
• Provide support for specialized dietary needs.
• Review MDS assessments, weights, and care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and other care team members.
• Provide nutrition education to staff.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, menus, and dining services.
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Dietetics from an accredited university.
• Registered Dietitian credential.
• Ohio State Licensure required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach.
