OHSU is seeking a Clinical Data Engineer to join the Clinical Business Intelligence team. You will design and maintain data pipelines, implement quality controls, and contribute to the Caboodle data warehouse using Epic Caboodle Console, SQL Server tools, and Fabric data engineering capabilities.
You will collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and BI stakeholders to publish data models, metadata, and notebooks, while adhering to security and privacy requirements.
