Clinical Customer Service Representative

Providing remote clinical support, the full-time Clinical Customer Service Representative will manage medication refill requests, prior authorizations, and respond to patient messages while navigating electronic health records in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Navigate electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance Handle a high volume of inbound calls for scheduling, medication refills, and insurance inquiries, ensuring resolution to each call Utilize critical thinking to assess caller needs and escalate complex issues to clinical staff as necessary Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-5 years of relevant experience in a clinical or customer service setting Ability to work full-time during training for four weeks, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Willingness to work one weekend day every third weekend No supervisory experience required
