Summary:
nThe main function of a clinical contracts analyst is to process healthcare professional payments along with initiating and drafting HCP agreements, based on full knowledge of financial, regulatory and healthcare professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
n• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide guidance on contract payment terms and conditions. Identify risks and key stakeholders to the company
n• Develop, assess and improve processes for tracking and reporting business unit payment and compensation information to meet all applicable regulations and processes
n• May track business unit and payment milestones against contract terms. Resolve payment queries and confirm contract compliance

n• Analyze need for contract amendments or renewals and make recommendations, and/or negotiate changes, to terms and conditions

Additional Skills:
n• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and ability to operate general office machinery
n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
n• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
n• Full knowledge and understanding of Clients policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to contract negotiation and administration
n• Full knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA and Sunshine Act)
n• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
n• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
n• Advanced problem-solving skills
n• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
n• Strict attention to detail
n• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
n• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
n• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects

Education and Experience:
n• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
n• 2-4 years of experience required
